Program aims to provide every staff member with the information and
resources needed for him or her to develop & complete and annual
individualized plan for ongoing improvement in these areas:

- Facilitate three Update Conferences to track progress and
alter or adjust plan
- Facilitate systematic inclusion of the Plan in Annual Review
for Renewal of Contract
