The Martin De Porres Staff Development and Support Services Program aims to provide every staff member with the information and resources needed for him or her to develop & complete and annual individualized plan for ongoing improvement in these areas:

  • understand and meet employee responsibilities
  • develop and appreciation of the Lasallian mission
  • maintain a level of social, emotional, and physical vitality needed to be an active and productive member of the Martin De Porres Community
  • attain and maintain appropriate professional credentials
  • pursue continuing improvement of professional skills

Professional Training Consultant

  • Assist Administrators in Developing Annual Inservice Professional Training
  • Facilitate tracking of Staff Annual Development Plans developed in a conference with SDS Personnel by September 30 to include work, mission, holistic, credentialing and professional training goals
  • Facilitate three Update Conferences to track progress and alter or adjust plan
  • Facilitate systematic inclusion of the Plan in Annual Review for Renewal of Contract
